Five Reasons That Make Us Believe Canada’s New Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is Actually South Asian

The incredibly good looking son of legendary Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, Justin Trudeau has truly bonded with our community like no politician before him.

So what makes the newly elected Prime Minister of Canada so well liked by the South Asian community?

We think he is secretly South Asian.

Here are our top five reasons:

1. He recently visited a mosque in Regina, typically frequented by South Asians.  Yes, that’s him front and center. Name 5 other PMs who have ever done the same (you can’t). Your mom would just love him.  My mom already loves him.

2. Check him out. He clearly blends right into any region of South Asia.  He does not discriminate, folks. Punjabi?  Kashmiri?  Sindhi?  He’s on it.

3. Just another day, hanging out with his buds.

4. Check out his killer bhangra moves. His footwork is just perfect.  Not even your aunty would clock him as a gorah.

5. What’s more South Asian, than sitting cross-legged eating biryani with your buddies? Absolutely nothing.
