Vogue is teaming up with the Middle East media company Nervora to produce Vogue Arabia. The publication will be available first online (in Arabic and English). The first print edition will drop in Spring 2017. The editor of the new magazine is Deena Aljuhani Abdulaziz. Abdulaziz, who is a real life Princess (she married Prince Sultan bin Fahad bin Nasser bin Abulaziz), said: “The Arab world consists of 250 million people, and they never had a Vogue…The time has come, and it has been a long time coming.” Abdulaziz also owns the Saudi Arabian-based boutique D’NA, a member-only store that has two locations (in Riyadh and Doha).
